Risk Screen
Risk Register Inherent and Residual
Inherent and Residual Risks can be recorded in the Risk Register and displayed with Traffic Lights colourings to emphasise the Risk Register Settings.
Each Risk can have one or more linked Tasks. When the Last Calendar entry of the Last Task is completed then the Risk status will be displayed as Open/Actioned. Colours are used in the report to represent each different status. Against each Linked Task is a Task Calendar Note to record the observations of the Task Owner.
Traffic lights depict the settings of the Risk Register where two dates can be selected to compare the Likelihood, Consequence and Overall Risk Rating. This report provides a visual cue to change.
Risk Profile Heat Map with Details
A heat map of the data - best not to exceed the top 10 Risks otherwise the report becomes messy.
Individual Risks and Linked Tasks
This report is essentially a presentation of the Risk to Task layout as it appears on screen.
