Task Screen
Tasks and Form Action Register
A statement of the relationship between a Task and the Form(s) that the Task is linked to.
A comprehensive description of each Task’s attributes – There is no comment on the Calendar status of the task.
The Sort order is: Site / Task Id
Task Executive Statistics with Notes
Statistical Task information, such as Task Status and Rating - within a defined timeframe that is displayed

To provide for all tasks within a specified date range the status of the task and the task notes. Depending on the Date Range a task may have multiple entries depending on the number of calendar entries – however the task is only counted once. And the task status is the status of the last calendar entry.
It is a report which contains all the tasks in the system displaying the Forms that are linked. Sort Order:
* Site/Region/Area (Ascending)
* Task Id (Ascending)
* then Record Id (Ascending)
